1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once dispatched, order details and tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

We deliver across India, subject to courier service availability.
In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our support team will contact you.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
5. Refund & Return Policy
No refund, return, or exchange will be accepted once the bottle is opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
