Refund & Delivery Policy

At AyurNiveda, we aim to provide high-quality, medically tested herbal products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once dispatched, order details and tracking information will be shared via email or SMS.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Delivery delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


3. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver across India, subject to courier service availability.

  • In rare cases where delivery is not possible, our support team will contact you.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.


5. Refund & Return Policy

  • No refund, return, or exchange will be accepted once the bottle is opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Refunds or replacements are applicable only if the product is damaged, leaked, or incorrect at the time of delivery.


6. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

  • Clear photos or an unboxing video must be shared as proof

  • Requests should be sent to support@ayurniveda.com


7. Refund Process

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method


8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted


9. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Delay in delivery due to courier partners

  • Allergic reactions or individual results (as results may vary)
