AyurNiveda products are medically tested, herbal formulations, developed based on traditional Ayurvedic principles.

4. Usage Responsibility

5. Orders & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Order confirmation will be shared via email or SMS after successful payment.

6. Delivery Timeline

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

• Delays caused by courier partners, natural conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

• No refund or return will be accepted once the bottle is opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

• Refunds or replacements are applicable only in case of damaged, leaked, or wrong products received.

• Any such issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photos or an unboxing video.

AyurNiveda reserves the right to approve or reject refund or replacement requests after verification.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
